Passenger operators are unfortuneatly dwindling nowadays with just Finnair, KLM and TAM and the latter only until Summer 2008. Finnair and KLM have a few more years left yet. World operate a lot of ad hoc charters and military charters as well as providing an aircraft for Sonair for the Houston-Luanda/Malabo oil flights.
Flight schedules shown use the 3 letter airport codes. After the flight number are days of operation ; 1 = Mondays, 2 = Tuesdays and so on., DX7 = Operates daily except Sundays.

Finnair currently operate 7 MD11's from its Helsinki hub on flights to New York and the far East. There are now 3 A340's in the fleet to avoid and for Summer 2008 A340's operate to NGO, NRT, YYZ, BOM and HKG. The first MD11's should leave the fleet this Summer so over the next year or 2 services will gradually reduce. The only change i can find for Summer 2008 services is the Hong Kong flight going to an A340, all other flights operate as per Winter schedules!

TAM have acquired 3 former Varig MD11's in a deal with Boeing Co that saw them order 3 B777's at the same time. The MD11's are to be leased for around 18 months, supplementing the A330 fleet and to help with the airlines expansion plans until the delivery of the B777's in the summer of 2008. The first 2 aircraft joined the fleet early in 2007 with the final a/c in March 2007.
